Interestingly enough, the title of this song came about nearly a year before the song itself. Written in early 2008, Grandma is about fleeing from the terror that is a unwanted visit from the elderly. Often time its mistaken for a plot to kill off the old bat. That's not true, its actually referring to the rather lengthy amount of time she probably spends doing her business that gives you plenty of time to sit and either bemoan your fate or escape. So... not really much of a better plot to be honest.
